Setting Up a New Account

Setting up your new 401(k) Plan Checking account is easy. We are happy to assist you with setting up your account at our Lynnwood office, but as a convenience you may also do it right from home in five easy steps. 5 Easy Steps

Step 1 Click to download, print, and complete our New Account Request Form.
Step 2 Read the attached 401(k) Plan Checking account disclosure.
Step 3 Send the completed form and required documents by mail or fax.
Step 4 Within 2-3 business days after receipt of your documents, we will contact you to verify the information.
Step 5 We will mail you a completed signature card along with the terms and conditions for your 401(k) Plan Checking account. Sign the document in the highlighted areas and return in the envelope provided.
