Seller's Guarantee
Give your offer added impact with the $10,000 Seller's Guarantee. If you are pre-approved for credit with Pacific Crest yet the transaction doesn't close for financing, we will pay the seller $10,000!

Deposit Guarantee
Take advantage of our Guarantee by mailing in your deposits.  Receive the higher of either the rate in effect on the date Pacific Crest received the deposit, or the rate quoted on the date the deposit was postmarked.
